Data collected when visiting our website is stored for 12 months. Analytics and tracking data may be retained longer.

Contract data is retained longer due to legal obligations, such as retaining business communication, contracts, and booking records for up to 10 years. Such data is restricted and only used for accounting and tax purposes.

4. Individual Data Processing Activities

4.2 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze your use of the website. Data is usually transmitted to Google servers in the USA. IP anonymization is active, so IP addresses are truncated within the EU or EEA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP sent to the US.

Google processes this data on our behalf to evaluate website usage, compile reports, and provide related services. The IP address transmitted by your browser is not merged with other Google data.

4.3 Google Customer Reviews

You may contact us via WhatsApp Business Chat. WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes your phone number, message content, and potentially other provided data. WhatsApp uses cookies and may collect your IP address.

4.6 Google Fonts API
We use Google Fonts to display fonts on our website. Your browser connects to Google servers, transmitting your IP address and browser information.
